Currently undergoing significant strategic and transformational change, Farmlands is looking for an experienced Independent Director, based in the North Island.
The key attributes sought in the new director include the following:
- Diversity of commercial governance experience with a large and/or listed company.
- Senior Executive and/or governance experience with companies addressing significant change to the business model.
- A smart visionary thinker with a long term, future-focused outlook.
- Proven ability to critique and evaluate opportunities.
