We have an outstanding opportunity to join the Peak Power Services team in the exciting and rewarding role of Area Manager. The role will be based in Frankton.

As the Area Manager you will be responsible for running a standalone company with the support of the main shareholder PowerNet. This means the best of both worlds - flexibility for the local context but with the support of the broader organisation of PowerNet. This is a senior leadership role at Peak Power Services reporting into the board. You will play a significant role in the business planning and financial management of this business whilst ensuring the safety of our workforce and community.

Experience/Knowledge and Skills:
• Demonstrated leadership of a business and/or field teams
• Proven safety competency and implementation of current legislation
• Experience and demonstrated positive outcomes with building relationships with other parties such as property developers, contractors and unions
• Values workplace diversity and inclusion to achieve higher employee engagement, improved performance, greater innovation, retention of talent and improved employee wellbeing
• Business and Commercial acumen along with proven Personal Development
• Experience with communicating total business performance using a full suite of financial reports
• Previously involved with and solved the challenge of culture improvement from a resistant work force
• Applied experience with a continuous improvement framework with end results using its application
• Professional verbal delivery skills with a high quality of written work
• Ability to adapt to technology and ensures all data is translated into “call for action” reports.
