Fitness Sales Associate

“More Life” is the recently adopted phrase to describe the benefits of becoming a member and being part of possibly the most successful fitness workout on the planet. With 1,000 studios in 18 countries and approximately 1 million members, it is time to join the Orangetheory phenomenon.

• It is science backed – all workouts are medically and scientifically reviewed
• It is technology tracked – you wear heart rate monitors and performance is tracked in real time
• It is coach driven – you always have someone to drive and improve your performance

The first of our 24 Kiwi studio’s is due to open in Q4 2018 with presales starting in August. As we move toward presales and the grand opening we are looking for sales associates to join our team.

The Orangetheory Sales Associates will have very specific characteristics:

• You would go all in on an 80’s themed workout and drop and do a burpee for fun. Being the class clown may just have been your best skill at school!
• You will be prepared to bleed orange and love working out
• You will be comfortable to walk up to anyone on the street and talk about Orangetheory as you believe 100% in what you are saying
• You are organised, positive, fun, goal driven and never give in.

And the more specific bits about your role:

• Responsible for new lead generation, membership sales and member onboarding.
• Complete follow up calls and making appointments with new prospects
• Building lasting relationships with members and prospects
• Actively seeking and closing sales opportunities
• Creating strong community relationships
• Drive lead generation strategies individually and with the studio team on a daily basis
• Implement your customer service and sales skills to provide the best solution to all members and prospective members
• Translating monthly club sales goals into daily and weekly activities for you and the team to hit target
• Providing studio tours and previews to prospective members

If the role is for you, you will be excited by the opportunity to grow membership sales and renewals, will show a drive to reach sales targets and be enthusiastic about gaining referrals from existing members, all whilst understanding that you are assisting members to reach their health and fitness goals.

The positions can be both full or part time with all the team being flexible to be able to work any days of the week with morning and evenings part of the mix.
