Our Client has numerous resources and experience, combined with their on-the-ground operations managers, sales staff, car park attendants and security guards assure excellent services for their clients.
 
This role will see you take ownership of the Business Development function in New Zealand and be accountable for new business growth. 

• Generation of Profitable New Car Parking & Related Service Contracts
• End to End Business Development from Prospecting through to Proposal & Presentations
• Driving the Company Brand in a Competitive Marketplace
• Development of Tender Responses, Commercial feasibilities, & Proposal Documents
• Contact & Negotiation with Property Owners
• Build & Maintain Positive Business Relationships
• Participation & Assistance with Operational Projects as Required

This exciting opportunity will suit a highly motivated and credible individual capable of dealing with clients at every end of the property spectrum from small private owners through Government and Property Institutions. 

Skills & experience

• A Proven Track Record in Business Development
• Proven Business Writing & Documentation Skills
• MS Word Excel & PowerPoint Skills Essential
• Strong Interpersonal & Influencing Skills
• Highly Commercial Approach
