Ellerslie location, close to train station, 8.30am-5pm, generous base + comms, F/T, Perm position.
Located in Ellerslie, walking distance to public transport and Ellerslie town center. Has a global reputation as a market leader in their industry. This client needs inbound/outbound contact center superstars!
This contact center offers:
- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm and every second Saturday till 2pm.
- 80% inbound, 20% outbound,
- Converting sales up and down the country to provide first level customer services to the general public.
- On job training first hand with the team leaders and contact centre manager.
You will need to have:
- Clear written and oral communication skills along with sound client relationship building ability. Convert sales into dollars.
