Ideally we need someone with a shipping / forwarding flavour who understands domestic multi modal transport networks, interface with ports, shipping lines and other infrastructure stakeholders and service providers. You need to understand the mechanics of all that but not be a purely operational person, this is a commercially focused role with primary focus on revenue growth.
You will be confident in solution sales and selling into senior level managers be it GM or Divisional / Procurement etc.
This is a pure hunting role not a farming role. You have the full resource of the company behind you be it product, IP, exec team, sales force, customer services, marketing and everyone else in between supporting you to get out and win market share. The number one key to this role is how proactive you are!
