About the role
We are looking for a tenacious Key Account Manager to develop relationships with a large new client and oversee the North Island account and contract managers. Day to Day this will involve;
- Understanding the deliverables on our contracts and work to develop key relationships in the client to meet these expectations.
- Taking responsibility for and being the key contact & face of Millennium to the account.
- Leading and managing the North Island Account Managers to ensure they are delivering to Millenniums and clients KPI’s.
What can you bring to the role?
- Key account management and/or area leadership for a services organisation, cleaning industry experience is a plus.
- Flexibility - we need an individual that can travel as required and to be available to ensure we meet our client’s needs.
- A good mix of account management and leadership skills.
