Support, consult and provide first hand customer support for customers enquiries, assessing your customers needs and proactively adding value to your customers.

The duties in this role will include:
  • Provide high level of customer service and support to your customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge – ensure you are always up to date with different policies  
  • Take the opportunity to upsell and cross sell when and as required

What we are looking for in you:
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to problem solve quickly
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Degree qualified desirable
  • New Zealand Resident or Citizen
  • Clear credit and criminal history
