The Company
Reputable debtor finance & trade finance business supporting small and medium sized enterprises has a need for an experienced self-starter/driven collections Officer to join their accounts team on a short term temporary basis for a 3 – 6 month period.
Duties
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- High volume inbound and outbound collection calls
- Processing and raising of invoices
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
- Update customer accounts
Skills & Experience required
- Must have proven and previous experience in a high volume call centre / customer service / collection
- Must be able to multi task, take control and ownership of accounts
- Success in reducing outstanding debts
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
- Polite yet firm manner with ability to adapt to different situations
