This well-established Canterbury business is looking for an exceptional customer service person to join their growing team. This is a chance to add real value to the business by building strong relationships and achieving targets.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and mentoring a small team of customer service staff
  • Tracking staff progress and monitoring targets
  • Assisting in development and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Ensuring full adherence to relevant legislation and compliance
  • Providing hands-on processing and customer service support when required

 

Skills required:

  • At least 2-3 years staff management experience
  • Experience in a financial or professional services environment would be an advantage
  • Competent using computer systems including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and professional manner
  • Solutions-focused with the ability to problem solve
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
