The nuts and bolts
You will confidently take ownership to ensure high quality services are delivered to Skills' clients, business development opportunities are maximised, client expectations are managed to achieve STM targets and Educational Performance Indicators.
We're looking for exceptional relationship management and influencing skills. To effectively drive the strategy of the Specialist Trades and Business team you'll need to be confident, a great listener, and bring internal and external stakeholders on the journey. Resilience and purpose will set you up for success in this area.
Experience in the trades industry or education would round all that off nicely, but not essential.

The role is Wellington based, with Account Managers located from Wellington to New Plymouth so you'll need to be comfortable with a reasonable amount of domestic travel.
