We’re going great guns and need a Design & Build Consultant in both our Christchurch and Auckland offices. Green building is the future and opportunity beckons in Christchurch, and in Auckland with the Unitary Plan.

WHO YOU ARE

You’ll have a proven and pretty damn impressive new home sales history, you’re authentic and confident but not too pushy, you have oodles of initiative and you’ll compliment a hard-working team of specialists who really love what they do.

Not negotiable: First and foremost you’re a hunter and gatherer, and a contract closer. Relationship building and the art of the follow up is vital to succeed, as is a sure grasp of technology and client communications management.

Nice to have: It would be an advantage if you were up with the play with eco-friendly home building however if that’s not your forte we can help you quickly get up to speed!

WHO YOU AREN’T

You’ve been from building company to building company, say the market’s ‘dead’ or that your past employer had poor systems, you struggle to send an email and you can’t communicate seamlessly within a team or your clientele. Sorry, but good luck and jog on!

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Focusing on multiple build sales, and medium density opportunities with the Unitary Plan, or within the Canterbury residential building landscape

  • Proactively network with Real Estate, Planners, Architects, Surveyors, Engineers & Developers to offer Green Home’s unique services

  • Steer clients through the design process by offering creative solutions  while matching desires to budgets

  • Sell from a portfolio of plans designed for medium density subdivision as well as stand alone typologies

You’re a born prospector, and if our marketing team sends you some leads on a silver platter you drop the coffee tamper and dash to your phone! You’re savvy and perceptive, you always seem to find the perfect solution to a client’s requirements and you thrive on articulating their wishlist therefore endearing yourself to your plan designer colleagues. You naturally ‘network to get work’, can juggle multiple projects and will continue to build upon our enviable and growing reputation. You must be exceptional in at least one of these disciplines - Design & Build, Surveying, Architecture, Planning, Development or Auckland’s Unitary Plan.
