SmartRV are seeking a strategic Head of Motorhome Sales to join our fast growing and most trusted motorhome sales Company. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies which enhance the performance of all sales and related activities across the Company.

- At least 5 years proven senior leadership experience
- A minimum of 5 years strategic sales experience
- Successful experience in building a go to market strategy and corporate sales plan
- Proven ability to lead the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Proven ability in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
