Get ready for growth! Make the most of your sales skills in this new role where you will establish a unique, innovative product in the New Zealand market in a new business that is set up for your success. You'll be in from the beginning as it's a start up business in the sense that you're selling a new and innovative product, bringing game-changing technology to the market with the first product ready to launch later this year and another set to hit the market mid next year. At the same time you'll enjoy the stability of being part of a well-funded organisation and the confidence that the long-term strategy has been developed by a strong and reputable governance team. Everything is in place in terms of manufacturing, distribution and even customer agreements. All that remains is for you to launch the product to market.
Your knowledge of the construction industry and your contacts in the building trade mean you'll connect credibly with your customers. You understand the trade channel but you also know that the end customer is key and you'll focus where decisions are made. You'll be motivated by being in it from the beginning and you're hungry for results so you won't shy away from the challenge.
Beyond the initial product launch there will be an abundance of opportunity to broaden your experience with the prospect of adjacent product categories in the local market and untapped global markets, capitalising on globally awarded patents.
