This role will extend across our New Zealand market, focusing mainly on health stores, tourism and the pharmacy channel. You will be responsible for ensuring a wide range of products are stocked, as well as educating our customers about the benefits of our range. Being fluent in mandarin, and understanding Asian business dynamics would be an advantage. We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional, who can develop marketing plans and help deliver sales targets. You will be responsible for:
- Helping to promote and sell all Manuka Health products through key channels in the NZ market
- Create and execute marketing plans and activities with key customers
- Merchandising: providing customers with POS materials and instore planograms for Manuka Health product
- Supporting the Regional Manager and Territory Manager with all key business driving activities
- Regularly visit pharmacies and Asian stores, supplying them with marketing materials
- Liaising with designers and printers to organise shop and window displays
- Collecting alternative promotion information and new product information in market
- Conducting training sessions for customers and distributors
- Organising in-store promotions and reporting back on success
We are looking for a person who:
- Has sales & marketing experience (3+ years)
- Has a proven track record in achieving sales and business targets
- Is a self-starter and can work autonomously
- Is results focused and driven to exceed targets
- Enjoys seeking, developing and maintaining relationships
- Ideally has a background in the natural health industry
