About You:
You are solution focused with a love for the details.
You will have exceptional administration skills and have a relevant qualification in business. The right candidate must show an understanding of business administration and management is required for this position.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; Computer literacy – ability to use systems for input, storage and retrieval of information and MS tools for email and communication.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Accounting principles
- Strong Analytical and organisational skills
- High attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
- Knowledge of Fin -power, E-connect and MS Office, predominantly Outlook and Word
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Influencing skills
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Proven financial solution assessment
- Understand risk factors related to a financial situation
As a part of this role you will be required to:
- Manage all customer loan applications and contracts.
- Work with management in providing advice as how to better market the loan products.
- Providing exceptional customer services
- Ensure E-Filing and physical storage of the loan documentation and contracts via E-connect.
- Manage all the paperwork and documentation for loan contracts.
- Train staff members in understanding loan contracts and undertaking relevant procedures, such as risk analysis through credit checks.
- Inform and assess that staff are meeting customer obligations on contractual clauses in loan agreements.
- Administer the loan contracts in terms of the steps to be taken on default.
- Respond to any customer concerning contractual terms.
- Assist executive team with to develop, systems, processes, and practices
