Our Learning & Organisational Development (L & OD) function is committed to investing in our people by delivering L & OD initiatives that embed a strong performance culture. 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Coordinator to join this successful L & OD team and take ownership of this newly created role. Reporting directly to the L & OD Manager, your primary function in the role will be to liaise with external providers and internal customers, manage course registrations, appropriately tailor all events (venues, catering etc) and managing the logistics.  You will ensure all employee learning records are up to date, report on the evaluation feedback from training events and ensure invoices are timely paid. 

To be successful in this role, you need to have the drive and ambition to start or continue your career in L&D or OD. You will have outstanding organisational skills, be a problem solver and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. With excellent communication skills you will feel comfortable dealing with a range of people both over the phone and via email; providing a high level of service at all times. You will be tech savvy with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and JDE skills, and preferably have had exposure to in-house training systems.
