Recruitment Consultant – Architecture

CTR are a boutique recruitment consultancy who operate in the built environment – namely the construction, engineering, architecture and property sectors. Thriving industries in New Zealand, you can be sure to get billing from month one….
 
One of our own is heading off to the world of internal recruitment (why???) so we have a great desk waiting to go. With heaps of clients who love us and loads of candidates waiting for us to find them their perfect role, you will be coming in to walking placements and excellent relationships.
 
Maybe you are in a big corporate, with ridiculous KPI’s and want more autonomy? Maybe you are in a smaller agency like CTR, but you want more support? Or maybe, you are just fed up with your 10% commission and 20k threshold?

We’re glad you asked! First, who you are is more important to us than what you have done. We are a small, social team, who love a vino/pint or 6. You should be chill, love a laugh, and be hungry for success and make all them dollars.
 
Other than that, hopefully you have a couple of years recruiting experience under your belt. And even better if this has been in a similar sector. You should also be able to build strong relationships. We need our clients to like you as much as the last one.
