The People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team is responsible for providing the full range of human resources advisory, recruitment and learning and development services to all divisions and teams across all offices of KPMG New Zealand. The PPC team is a critical component of KPMG's focus on People, Performance and Culture.

 

Be Interested:

  • We are looking for a dynamic administrator to provide support to our Talent Acquisition team across both business as usual people activities and take ownership of key tasks and processes in the recruitment pipeline.
  • Our fun and supportive team recruit for roles nationally across three portfolios: Global Mobility, Graduate and Experienced Hire recruitment. As the first point of contact most people have with our firm, professionalism and enthusiasm will be key for your success in this role.

Be Exceptional:

  • Scheduling interviews across various formats required by the business
  • Drafting and posting job adverts across different platforms
  • Assist our Global Mobility team with coordination of inbound and outbound secondments
  • Supporting our Graduate recruiter with associated Grad administration
  • Managing the 'Jobs' inbox
  • System administration for our awesome Applicant Tracking System - Lever
  • Administer our psychometric testing suite and provide commentary on results to hiring managers
  • Invoicing and Reporting
  • Booking travel and other related team administration as required

Be KPMG:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced administration role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel in particular
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written); effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task plus strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
  • A good sense of humour - we enjoy having a laugh with each other!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player
  • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and professionalism at all times
