Here is a fantastic HR Business Partner opportunity with a real focus on developing capability. Our client is a well-known multiple site manufacturing business with a national presence. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner in Auckland, you will be responsible for supporting multiple sites across the South Island and the Lower North Island.
A true HR generalist position, you will work closely with the managers to provide advice across ER, performance, engagement, recruitment and learning and development. Due to the operational nature of the business, there will be a focus on lifting manager capability, providing them with the tools and the confidence to have conversations with staff.
As this is a newly created HR structure, there are lots of opportunities to help establish best practice HR processes, systems and programmes as well as get involved in a variety of business wide projects. This role really will give you great exposure!
We are looking for a true HR generalist with strengths in ER, capability development as well as exposure and experience working with unions.
