We are seeking a Learning Designer for a permanent role based in this large, complex organisation. You will be involved in managing learning design projects from end to end and ensuring that learning solutions are well managed and delivered to agreed timeframes, budget and of course quality!
If you have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative style this could be the role for you. Use proven needs analysis methodologies to identify and describer L&D requirements to support individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole.
Great customer focus, ability to learn on the fly, being action orientated and able to deal with ambiguity will put you in great stead securing this role.
