Keen and eager to make your mark in the world of HR Administration/ Co-ordination? Here's where you can step up, hit the ground running and provide all-round HR support to a busy team in desperate need of some assistance.
You will be an experienced HR administrator who has experience supporting a large HR team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from general HR admin, to imputing volumes of data and assisting with first line HR queries You'll do this by using your excellent communication and relationship-building skills to develop a positive rapport with both internal and external customers; in person and over the phone.
You will be someone who enjoys being busy, having multiple things on the go and getting stuck in. Solid MS package skills are required and an ability to pick up technical systems quickly. Previous exposure to HR and or a Recruitment administration role is essential along with knowledge of a HR tool such as SnapHire, Affinity, Success Factors.
