We are a dynamic, people-oriented Company that works in a fast paced industry and environment, and we are looking for a Health, Safety and Compliance Advisor based in Tauranga that can move just as fast!
We are looking for a candidate who has 5+ years’ experience in a Health and Safety role. The candidate will have a proven background in Health and Safety along with a strong understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and ACC, legislation and Injury Management.
The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver on the implementation of Health and Safety programme activities and facilitate improvement while adding value to the relationships with all stakeholders, especially site staff.
You must have the ability to work as part of the team, and not afraid to spend a lot of time on site to enable success.
You’ll have to be positive and energetic - as you’ll be a key player in driving Health and safety engagement throughout our business.
Having a minimum NZ Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety or similar will see you succeed in this role.
This position will require domestic travel to our sites across the country.
