With genuine clarity around their vision and mission, this iconic New Zealand organisation is looking to drive the ongoing culture and leadership development of its most valuable asset, its people. To do this, we are now in the market to identify a Capability Advisor who can embed OD practices throughout the organisation using positive leadership frameworks.
The Capability Advisor will provide organisational development, internal consulting to build a high-performance culture, assist in the execution of the OD strategy, and lead and contribute business critical culture and OD projects across the business. Through the provision of appropriate coaching techniques, and utilising the human resources and talent management specialists, this role will influence many. Using the positive leadership model, you will demonstrate and role model positive behaviours and outstanding communication methods.
This opportunity is unique and exciting because it is part of a new team who have already established an outstanding HR culture. To be a success in this role you will have proven experience and success as an OD practitioner ideally gained in a services organisation. Your highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills will be a key component in this drive for cultural and leadership change.
