We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our HR team based in Auckland CBD. You'll have experience in agency, in-house or a mixture of the two, but it's imperative that you enjoy the act of recruiting people. We're always looking to improve the candidate experience so if you want to innovate and have the autonomy to own the recruitment process then this may be the role for you!
The Serious Stuff (aka Key Responsibilities):
- Management of sourcing channels
- Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment accounts
- Provide timely reports and recruitment updates
- Manage the candidate experience
We've recently introduced a whole range of cool new systems and ideas to the business. As such, you'll need to be someone who's comfortable with bedding down new processes and guiding hiring managers through these changes.
We have over 300 staff across the country ranging from in-store sales and warehouse staff though to business intelligence analysts and logistics specialists. This is also a chance to work with not one but two great NZ brands as we have recently merged with Curtain Studio.
