Take on a brand-new role in a growing IT business to drive people and culture initiatives. You’ll ensure a positive environment, values and culture are preserved through extensive planned growth and people are engaged. Carry out end-to-end recruitment and maintain relationships with the contractor database, so overall, you’ll attain then sustain our people.
Develop and execute ideas that build on our culture and values. You’ll be a trusted partner within the business creating development opportunities for people and making sure managers have people with the skills they need. Ensure the focus remains on people, even through busy periods. You’ll be hands on in feeling the vibe in the office and responding via activities.
You’ll either be a solid recruiter who would like to extend into people and culture or already a People and Culture professional with strong recruitment skills. Approachable you’re able to engage at all levels within the business. Your warm and bubbly personality helps you build trust and engagement. You’ll be a shining example of our values in that you’re accountable, a team player, have integrity and are respectful of others. Naturally you’ll promote diversity.
