The Role:

To support our 2020 and beyond strategies, we are committed to delivering a global talent acquisition and mobility strategy.

With this in mind we are now seeking to engage a Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility Specialist to join our team.  This newly created role will report to our Global Talent Acquisition Leader (based in the US, Arizona) and will be instrumental in optimising and managing our current and future recruiting and mobility operations, including vendor selection and management, process improvement and co-ordination of cross-functional teams supporting global mobility programs (recruiting, talent management, finance, tax).

This role will work closely with our regional Talent Acquisition Leaders, Global Mobility Programs Lead, and HRSS (based in the Philippines) teams to advance and optimise critical functions within talent acquisition and mobility.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or mobility, and driving operational effectiveness
  • Experience assessing vendors, negotiating contracts, developing vendor recommendations
  • Vendor management; ability to build strong relationships while driving results
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and/or mobility best practices
  • Expertise with HRIS functionality and reporting, data analytics (Oracle/Taleo preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Analytical mindset – six-sigma or project management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, influencing
  • Experience working globally: understanding cultural and legislative differences, identifying global as well as regional service providers
  • Able to work with virtual teams, and have flexible work hours when needed (early hours will sometimes be required to align with the US, specifically Arizona)
  • Self-directed and agile
