The People and Experience Partner will assist our Solutions team to achieve their maximum potential through the use of excellent people practices. This role is essential to delivering and supporting the individual growth of each member of their client group and to promote teamwork that will ultimately deliver best value to the wider business.

Working in dynamic and fun but challenging environment, it is essential that the People and Experience Partner has a robust relationship with their client group in order to deliver proactive and practical advice which ensures that each team member remains motivated and supported, while developing their own competencies in their domain.

This role will also be required to work adeptly across practice functions and closely with other key stakeholders within the business, such as Practice Leads and Scrum Masters. It is important to note that there will be overlap in responsibilities and activities with these roles.

Required skills and experience

• Experience 3 - 5 years' experience in a commercial environment
• Knowledge/experience of Agile work processes will be nice to have
• Experience in HR Administration
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with conflict
• Being able to multi task
• Being proactive and a self-starter
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Working in an organised manner
