Our client is a market leader and a global services business recognized for innovation. They now have an opening for a talented Training Specialist to work within these teams to offer support, add value and drive change.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager - Australasia, you will be responsible for the training and development of new and existing staff within this dynamic and fast-paced organization. Working closely with department managers, you will champion the implementation and delivery of training and development programmes to diverse and multi-functional teams.

This will include designing and facilitating induction programmes as well as providing ongoing support for new employees. Managing on-boarding training and call quality assessment, you will look for continued development solutions. From preparing educational material via presentations and videos, to conducting seminars to coaching and individualized training, there is lots of opportunity to make this role your own.

About you…

They are looking for an experienced and charismatic trainer with high energy, self- motivation and a can-do attitude. Outstanding communication skills, enthusiasm and an ability to work within an ever-evolving environment will tick all the boxes.

The successful candidate will have the following;

  • Previous experience as a Trainer or similar role (L&D, Coach, etc.)
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service driven environments
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff
