Talent Acquisition Consultant
Full-time
We are in growth mode for our Whangarei office and we are now in need of a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Main tasks for this role will be as follows:
Key Strength Areas:
- Talent Acquisitions background would be advantageous but not a deal breaker
- Able to ask key and critical questions at the phone screening process of the call with potential candidates
- Prioritise tasks daily, weekly
- Must be a clear communicator
- Able to multi task as you will be doing a lot of our ground work initially
- Be computer savvy with Office, various databases etc.
- Must be pragmatic and follow processes to the letter
Tasks:
- Assist with the construction and placing of Ads
- Monitoring the Referral flow in Fast Track or Bullhorn
- Completing -Phone Screening
-Reference Checks (x2) mandatory
-Sending out of Secured Signing, Work Pros (where applicable)
-MOJ checks
This person will be coordinating directly with us as a team and will be direct report to the Branch Manager.
It will be for Talent Acquisitions ONLY so they will not be anyone’s PA (just clarifying that)
