Madison is a generalist agency with specialist recruiters; all of our Consultants run hybrid desks – recruiting either Temp & Perm or Contractor & Perm roles.
The opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Consultant with the drive and determination to move into a Leadership role. This role will be a senior position within our Wellington branch. Your team will deliver high volume recruitment projects as well as recruiting contact centre positions. You won’t be running an end to end desk, far from it – but you will be responsible for managing existing relationships, and creating new opportunities. As such you will manage a team of delivery consultants who are skilled in high volume and contact centre recruitment.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Working as part of a close knit, highly successful and well known team
• Take a proactive approach to relationship management and business development
• Deliver high quality temp and permanent solutions to clients
