About the Role:
As the Senior HR Business Partner for our Auckland site, you will engage with stakeholders and staff and offer support in employee relations, remuneration advice, union negotiations and employee engagement. You will be reporting to the GM of HR and join a team of successful specialists in HR, Payroll, L&D, Organisational Development and Recruitment spread across all 4 sites. You will be our subject matter expert in NZ employment law and manage projects and reporting accordingly.
About You:
You are a change manager, a leader, a motivator, a coach and an advisor.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate 2-3 years experience in a similar role. It goes without saying that you have exceptional communication skills, the ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships and consider yourself highly proficient in NZ employment standards.
As a skilled HR professional you will have exposure to and experience in recruitment, on boarding and generalist matters. We work under s CEA agreement and experience with this is highly advantageous.
