We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced I/O psychology practitioner to become a part of our close knit and professional team. In this role, you will manage the delivery of our psychometric assessment testing services and 360 surveys, this role is responsible for ensuring the professional, timely, and accurate delivery of Added Insight’s assessment services.

 This role will involve:

  • Building strong relationships with and continuously striving to improve Added Insight’s service to our clients
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of our psychometric assessment service.  Working collaboratively with our assessment co-ordinator and graduate consultants:
    • Liaising with clients
    • Selecting and confirming appropriate assessments
    • Providing feedback to clients, hiring managers, and candidates
    • Psychometric report writing
  • Managing the delivery of 360 projects as required to ensure all aspects of the survey process are delivered to timeline, including liaising with clients to confirm timeline and project plans, monitoring 360 survey progress, editing and downloading 360 reports and sending to participants
  • 360 survey feedback
  • Overseeing workflow and delivery of psychometric testing and 360 surveys, delegating tasks as appropriate and ensuring timely delivery of work
  • Reviewing, proofing and coaching graduates on psychometric report writing
  • Project work as required

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • A Masters degree in I/O Psychology, be a registered psychologist or be interested in becoming registered
  • Two to three years experience in an I/O or OD focused role
  • Advanced written and spoken communication skills
  • 360 survey / psychometric assessment capability and experience and a strong understanding of the principles of psychometric testing
  • Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships through interpersonal skills, personal integrity and delivery of high quality work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilience and adaptability to perform in a fast paced environment with changing demands and priorities
  • Strong team orientation, able to work closely and collaboratively with a close knit team, providing coaching and supervision to graduate consultants
  • Preferably Hogan and OPRA accredited
