The Role
As Talent Manager you will be responsible for pro-actively sourcing and screening IT professionals and matching them with the right career opportunities. You will utilise a variety of sources including digital platforms and databases, job boards, social media, networking and referrals to attract candidates. The Talent Hive leverages social platforms to connect with candidates and a part of your role will be to continue to build engagement with our online communities and share insights and market intelligence.

What Are We Seeking
You might be an experienced candidate resourcer who is comfortable working with web based tools, systems and social platforms or looking to start a recruitment career.

You will demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with candidates. You will also be highly organised and able to handle a high level of administrative work. Some exposure to sourcing candidates within the Engineering and/or IT sectors would be valuable and viewed favourably.
