We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with 5 years previous agency experience who has been responsible for managing a variety of large-scale projects and campaigns across various industries and sectors. You will need to demonstrate a technical knowledge across brand, marketing and digital. You'll know how to build remarkable relationships with clients and internal teams, and especially designers and creatives. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced working environment and love working to tight deadlines. It is important that you can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand your client's business and needs.

As a key part of our Client Services team, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing the coordination of projects and retainers for a selection of our clients.

• Working collaboratively with our internal teams (strategy, creative and digital) to deliver successful projects.

• Own a diverse portfolio of campaigns and succeed in achieving client satisfaction, profitability and revenue growth of those accounts.

• Develop and nurture amazing client relationships, know your clients business throughout and continually grow your customer base, as well as build strong relationships with our internal teams and trusted suppliers.

• You will be working strategically, to identify new opportunities from existing relationships as well as developing new business with key prospects.

• Project managing multiple projects, delivering them on budget and on brief.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• At least 5 years experience within a marketing/creative agency environment

• Experience in coordinating and delivering brand, digital, integrated marketing campaign

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with a large range of stakeholders internally and externally.

• Proven ability to work with business managers and owners to understand their unique challenges from a marketing and engagement perspective and facilitate leading a team to a creative solution.

• Positive and vibrant personality with a creative and "make it happen" mindset.
