What you're responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service via digital platforms
- Provisioning customer and business connections, tracking them through the process and dealing with any faults that arise
- Troubleshooting customer issues for a range of products and services
- Seeing the issues through to resolution with the customer
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working in the telecommunication industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for solving complex customer problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly
- Flexible work pattern, able to work evenings and weekends if required
- Valid work visa, PR or Citizenship
- Clean criminal record
- Reference checks covering the last two years working history
- Able to work 40 hours per week - no student visas
- Available to start ASAP, June start date!
