As their IT Support Manager, you will be reporting to the Group Support Manager and this will be your chance to provide high-level IT support and customer service to a large portfolio.

As the IT Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level of IT support and customer service to multiple stakeholders
  • Escalate issues as required to group IT and out-sourced support providers
  • Creating, updating and removing user accounts for IT solutions as required
  • Providing after hours support on weekends and public holidays for urgent IT support issues as part of a rostered after hours support program
  • Provide regular and appropriate communication regarding issues reported or identified to management and staff
  • Fostering a relationship with management and staff to facilitate open communication and ensure that the needs of the business are addressed
  • Work remotely and on site as required, this may involve travel to non CBD locations or locations in Australia and New Zealand or elsewhere
