Our client is hiring a Cloud Evangelist to work with its customers to guide their journey to the cloud and transform their IT landscape at the same time. In this role you’ll be engaging with customers to understand how technology drives their business, so you can present cloud infrastructure and services solutions that they are inspired to adopt. You’ll collaborate with internal leaders help develop a shared vision, supporting the customer through the journey of cloud adoption. 
 
You’ll draw upon your experience designing and delivering large scale AWS cloud migrations and taking a leadership role in implementing enterprise technology solutions. To succeed in this role you’ll need to demonstrate your proven experience in AWS transformations. You may be a Senior Technical Project Manager, Programme Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer, Architect or Software Development Manager. 
Your past roles will need to show your impressive track record leading technology change programmes. 
 
Our large and well known client is looking for someone who is passionate about:

-Supporting business leaders to adopt the Cloud
-Identifying motivators for cloud adoption and unlocking challenges that businesses may face
-Translating feedback from common customer requirements into service development teams
-Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of AWS And their ever changing services
-Excellent executive level communication skills with a passion for detail.

You will need:

-Bachelors degree (computer science preferred); Masters/MBA/PhD degree preferred.
-15+ years of IT experience as a technical specialist, pre-sales, enterprise architect or consultant in Customer-facing roles.
-Skin in the game when it comes to AWS Cloud transformations
-Broad technology knowledge with perhaps a deeper technical knowledge in one area
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations.
-Strong knowledge and experience with AWS cloud computing infrastructure, application development platforms and popular programming languages
-Extensive industry contacts and the ability to work cooperatively with, and gain the respect of, senior technology leaders.
