Recruit I.T. has an exciting opportunity with one of our clients that requires a seasoned Agile Coach to assist in a large scale change project, driving an environment of learning, empowerment, adaptability, and collaboration – all while promoting agile values and ways of working.

• Foster an environment where squads can perform according to agile values and principals.
• Assist squads in overcoming constraints and bottlenecks, driving quicker time to value, team engagement and improved delivery outcomes.
• Provide ongoing assessments of the functioning and culture of squads to ensure gaps are minimized and foster continuous improvement.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• A proven track record of coaching squads and teams on their impact and effectiveness to ensure alignment with customer goals.
• A sound background in Agile Coach / ScrumMaster development.
• Strong hands-on leadership capabilities, being able to get buy-in and also push back when required to ensure continuous improvement.
• Be very comfortable working with a variety of personalities
