Livingstone has been Building Excellence within the industrial and commercial sector for over 30 years. During this time the industry has grown immensely and our company with it, so the time has come for a Chief Financial Officer to take the reins and ensure that the Financial, IT, Facilities, Assets and Quality functions of the business are in a position to support the current and future needs of the organisation.
The CFO’s primary function will be to provide high quality advice to the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters that affect the financial viability and health of the business. This rare opportunity will give you the opportunity to get in at the ground level and decide on the future composition of the business support team and the systems and procedures they use to help the organisation grow.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- 10 years’ experience in a senior financial position
- 5 years’ leadership/management experience
- Experience working in the construction industry would be an advantage
- Experience working with or overseeing one or more of the following areas of business;
- IT
- Quality
- Assets and Facilities
In addition, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CA accreditation
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programmes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reports and calculations
