About the role

This role is all about delivering a great client experience as well as managing the clients ongoing requirements and needs

What you would be doing

• A passion for all things digital. 
• At least 4 -5 years of experience in leading and delivering digital projects such as CMS websites, mobile/web apps and e-commerce solutions.
• The ability to take and translate a client brief, scope project requirements, prepare budgets and drive projects to completion on time and to budget.
• Experience leading client meetings, presentations and communications.
• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility, high attention to detail and the ability to self-manage.
• A strong Customer focus is a must.
