THE OPPORTUNITY
The primary focus of this position is to support, maintain and configure Auckland Council Workforce Systems (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow). This position serves as a techno functional support point of contact for HR systems enabling the People and Performance function within Council deliver effective and efficient HR services to our staff. Within this role, the Workforce Systems consultant also supports analysis and implementation of periodic upgrades, patches, testing, ensuring data integrity and above all enabling the continuous evolution of HR processes within Council through technology.
In addition, the consultant will be responsible for systems administration, establishing governance processes, collaboration with ICT and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective upkeep of the HR solutions in terms of design and build.
ABOUT YOU
You have worked with HR Business Systems in a support and project capacity helping drive efficiency and business improvement. You have SAP SuccessFactors OR ServiceNow OR SAP HCM system application support experience as well as project (upgrade, testing, patching) experience. You have sound knowledge of HR business processes and information reporting and ideally advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications.
