We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Research & Development department and work as part of a small agile team.
Key responsibility will be design and implementation of customer focused features within the Gallagher security product range. You will be passionate about your work with a strong focus on quality and delivery. It is a fast-paced environment and priorities can change frequently. Having excellent problem-solving skills will help you identify and resolve issues as they arise.
To be considered for this role, you will have a relevant tertiary degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within this industry. You will also need to be able to demonstrate concise written and verbal skills in English.
In addition, you will have extensive knowledge in the following areas:
- C++ 14 and above (including experience with STL)
- C# Application development experience utilising:
o WPF and XAML
o Reactive Framework
Technical skills in the areas of Web Services, Interfaces and Security are highly desirable.
