We need an experienced Business Analyst to help our software team deliver features that delight our customers. On a day to day basis this role involves:

• Engaging with the senior management team and product owners to help prioritise and align technical goals with business needs.
• Being an advocate for the customer
• Developing wireframes and building agile product backlogs
• Helping lead technical teams to deliver to business goals
• Acting as a champion for your project(s) and communicating with all areas of the company to facilitate rapid delivery
• Tracking and reporting progress to the management team

Requirements

To ace this role you will have;

• A background in tech delivery, working within cross-functional teams from product conception to launch
• Demonstrated ability to effectively extract and prioritise requirements from product managers and translate these into actionable work for the dev team
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• A track record of successfully launching software products
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment to identify solutions and remove blockers
• A preparedness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Bonus Point: Experience with Blockchain technologies
• Bonus Point: A strong technical background with an ability to weigh up and navigate technical constraints raised by development teams.
