Our opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and talented computer guru to fill this newly established role. You will be given plenty of opportunity to pave the way and make a real difference to us by providing hands-on ICT support and systems administration across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Work with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including outsourced IT service providers and internal business users.
- Deliver end to end systems (ERP) projects, being responsible for project resources and technical solutions.
- Monitor systems and networks to improve performance.
- Troubleshoot and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain, review and upgrade in-house systems, driving new technology solutions that will be of benefit to the business.
- Day to day advice and support to the internal business – level 1 and level 2.
About you
- You are a subject matter expert covering both hardware and software.
- Relevant Degree, Certificate, Qualification.
- Hands on experience with systems in previous technical roles such as systems administration.
- Self-motivated, results driven and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong customer service ethos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
