for an experienced Senior Java developer with excellent experience on full stack development including APIs, EJBs, JBoss & web services

• The role will require hands-on development on the Java stack, along with some mentoring and architecture.
• Ideally, you will have experience in legacy systems and in the newer versions of Java and be happy to deal with both.
• You will design, develop, test & debug, until the release of the software. Though there is dedicated DevOps support, you will get involved right up to deployment and after.
• You will need to work independently and be able to take over a project that has already made progress.

  Why you're a legend...
• You are a skilled developer with 10+ years of experience in Java Development (full stack) ideally including design/ architecture or technical leadership.
• The code you write can be described as robust, reliable and beautiful. On top of this, you are good at the documentation part.
• You will have proven experience in a complex environment, ideally handling APIs for big data and complex legacy systems.
• An independent worker, you can work independently and provide guidance to others, primarily in task allocation
• Your communication skills are great. This includes excellent written (including technical documentation) and verbal skills in English.
• Right to work & live in NZ- Ideally, you have the right to live & work in NZ. At the very least, you must be available in NZ for an interview.
