The Role

This is an entry level role which offers a unique combination of practical work and the management of the facility with the goal of providing exceptional service to our customers. As the Data Centre is a 24/7 operation you will be expected to work shifts (including nights and weekends) on a rotating basis. While on shift this role carries shared responsibility for ensuring the correct operation of the Data Centre, including managing any Data Centre issues, making sure all Data Centre operational tasks are completed and providing a professional and consistent service to our clients.

The Person

We are recruiting for responsible, proactive individuals, looking for an opportunity to make a real difference as a Data Centre Operator. We are looking for candidates with a great attitude, IT skills (preferable but not necessary), strong customer service skills, with a practical and technical aptitude. You will be willing to go the extra mile and be adaptable.

Our sites have a requirement for applications from residents or citizens only, and must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearances.
