We are looking for a top applicant to join our busy team.
We are a NZ owned IT distributor with great customers and an excellent team.
This position would suit an applicant that has good IT products knowledge, has excellent English language skills and can build relationships with an energized personality. They must care about offering the best possible customer service and represent our company to the highest possible standard. Customer services experience would be preferred and IT hardware knowledge is a must ie Laptops, PC's, Printers, Motherboards, Graphic cards etc.
Duties include, taking orders and queries over the phone, keying orders and assisting customers with order pickups over the counter.
Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Full system and product training will be offered to this great role in the IT Distribution industry.
You must be a NZ citizen and have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
