Your work will be:
- based in Mangere
- to help our customers to book unforgettable holidays of a lifetime
- driven by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- to familiarise our customers with product knowledge and what's fun to do in our beautiful country.
As a Booking Host (Travel Consultant) you will be working with a fun and supportive team that provides the highest level of customer service and who are passionate about creating unforgettable holidays for our customers.
Skills and experience:
- Ideally one to two years of sales experience preferably in a contact centre environment
- Great with customers and interaction
- Keen interest for travelling and tourism
- Second language desirability with high preference for German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Mandarin
- Flexibility to work on a NIGHTSHIFT roster which may include weekend work
