We are now looking for a Lead Cloud Architect to provide strong technical leadership across all software teams working on cloud service development for the Gallagher security business unit. Working closely with the business to develop both product and technical roadmaps for current and future cloud services you will have more than a few notches on your belt when it comes to designing cloud- based products, most importantly within AWS. We are looking for someone who is at the top of their game in this field and can help shape where we are heading in the future.
Equally as important as your experience with cloud development is your leadership skills. Having successfully led development teams in the past you will understand what it takes to creates a positive working environment to enable your teams to bring their best to work every day. You’ll enjoy playing the role of mentor and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
As we’re an agile and design-thinking house we are after someone who has worked in this type of environment before. Ideally as a senior leader to enable you to act is a champion for these practices and utilise the toolsets to their full potential.
